In Command and Conquer Red Alert the story starts after various years of conflict between the Soviets and Allies. Facing defeat, the Soviets will try one last act of desperation, a device that lets them travel in time to defeat their enemies by killing Albert Einstein, creator of most of the technology that has helped the Allies. But their actions and threats have generated a new enemy: The Empire of the Rising Sun.

Your mission in Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 is to develop the Soviet faction and take them, via campaigns and missions, to victory. Together with other scenes, the ocean dominates, taking up the majority of essential resources, but using numerous units and amphibious vehicles, you have the key to create a good attack.
